The Crown, The Mandalorian y WandaVision se imponen en las nominaciones de los Premios Emmy 2021

Este martes la Academia de Televisión de Estados Unidos dio a conocer a los nominados a los Premios Emmy 2021. A diferencia del año pasado en donde la crisis sanitaria obligó a mantener la virtualidad de este tipo de eventos, se confirmó que la edición de este año será presencial. La premiación se llevará a cabo el domingo 19 de septiembre en el Microsoft Theater de Los Ángeles. 

Sin duda el 2020 fue un gran año para la pantalla chica. La pandemia obligó no sólo a los televidentes y usuarios de plataformas a pasar más tiempo en casa, lo que llevó a consumir mayor cantidad de títulos. La edición anterior fue dominada por Succession y Schitt's Creek, este año la cosa va más diversa y los distintos géneros se empiezan a diversificar con la presencia de mayor cantidad de títulos. 

The Crown y The Mandalorian lideran la lista de candidatos con 24 nominaciones cada una. Muy de cerca la sigue WandaVision, la primera serie de Marvel creada para Disney+ sigue de cerca con 23 candidaturas, incluyendo nominaciones para Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Bettany, Kathryn Hahn y Evan Peters. A continuación la lista de nominados.
