Critics Choice Awards: la película menos esperada del año lidera las nominaciones

La temporada de premios está cada vez más cerca y la carrera por conocer cuál será la mejor película del 2022 será vibrante y muy competitiva. A comienzos de esta semana se conocieron los ternados a los Globos de Oro, y ahora se anunciaron las nominaciones de los Critics' Choice Awards.

Los galardones otorgados por la Broadcast Film Critics Association reconocen lo mejor del cine y la televisión. La semana pasada se dieron a conocer los ternados de la pantalla chica, y hoy se conocieron los de la pantalla grande.

Una de las grandes sorpresas la dio Everything Everywhere All at Once (Todo en todas partes al mismo tiempo), la alocada comedia multiversal protagonizada por Michelle Yeoh, y dirigida por los Daniels. El filme lanzado por A24 cuenta con 14 nominaciones, incluida Mejor Película donde se medirá con tanques como Top Gun: Maverick y Avatar: el camino del agua.

Muy de cerca le sigue The Fabelmans, el drama autobiográfico dirigido por Steven Spielberg que cuenta con 11 nominaciones. Otras de las favoritas son The Banshees of Inisherin de Martin McDonagh, y Babylon de Damien Chazelle, con 10 nominaciones cada una.

Este año, Jeff Bridges será galardonado con el Critics Choice Lifetime Achievement Award, un reconocimiento a la extensa trayectoria del actor. La 28° edición de Critics Choice Awards se llevarán a cabo el domingo 15 de enero en Los Ángeles, California.
